This is a quick and convenient All-In-One Kit designed to help make cooling tower cleaning easy! One Bond Tower Turbo Kit provides all the components needed to help safely prepare your cooling tower for Spring start-up or routine cleaning.
EACH KIT INCLUDES:
- INDUSTRIAL DUTY SURFACTANT: Helps dislodge dirt and debris from the tower fill and basin.
- DISPERSING AGENT: Helps solubilize dirt & debris so it can be removed via system draining or bleed off.
- PROPER SAFETY GEAR: Rubber gloves and goggles conveniently provided.
One kit is designed to clean up to a 300-ton system.
PRODUCT APPLICATION:
- Bleed tower down until the conductivity reads 500-700 mm
- With tower operating, close bleed valve cut off.
- Add 1/2 to 3/4 of the defoamer directly to the sump.
- Add the entire gallon of liquid cleaner directly to the sump.
- Circulate for 10-30 minutes.
- Add 5 pounds of the dry cleaner directly to the sump.
- Continue to circulate for 10-20 minutes.
- Add the rest of the defoamer directly to the sump.
- Continue to circulate tower for 6-8 hours.
- Resume bleed of tower water to return to normal conductance. Clean sump and screens. If necessary, drain the water from the system and replace it with fresh water.
